Why doesn't ..

Why doesn't my banner subir onto my spot? I made sure its the right size and everything, but it just doesn't work. I can subir the icono though.

Ummm try refreshing the page maybe.. o resigning in. I dunno... mine does that occasionlly but only when my internet is going slow.

If not, this may be an instance of the image subir problem with some antivirus software; banners were for a long time impossible to subir on certain combinations of OS, browser and antivirus software. This happened to me for a long time, as for some reason the combination I had resulted in the antivirus software (Symantec) disabling misceláneo forms and elements, including the banner upload. I first had it explained to me más than four years ago.

So if it's still not working for you, tu can try to put your antivirus to sleep for the minuto it takes tu to upload, o tu can use the "Contact us" link at the bottom of any page to reportar it as a bug.
