Why does Dylan look like a pure human if his mum Tracy is a human and his dad Brian is a dog. He should look half dog half human.

And Brian, as a dog, shouldn't be able to talk, nor have to ability to write nor sing haha, it's just a cartoon, don't take it too seriously...
