I was just starting to really like Dr. Pratt and now it seems like they probably killed him off. Bummer. But I'd rather it be him than Sam.

eta- oh and part of the reason I think it was Pratt was the way they seemed to have all of his conflicts all wrapped up nicely and his brother showed up for one last hug even.

I hope the network gets with it and gets these actors to want to stay with ER. It would be better if they both still decided not to board the ambulance, and I hope Abbey was not walking close to the thing when it exploded.
