Do tu think (in New Who) was Rose the only one the Doctor truly loved?

I think he loved River Song too, I mean they are married... But yet again, he loves both of them, it's just a different kind of love

I think he has a pattern of falling in amor a lot but he loves each one in different ways and reasons. Usually after he suffers a loss he finds amor again. Now I do feel he truly loved Rose. I just don't think she's the first and I don't think she's going to be the last but I think he'd loved her.
