Why doesn't Donald pato where pants?

This pregunta has probably been asked on this club before, but I couldn't find it, so I'm asking it. I think that Donald pato doesn't wear pants because he doesn't want to. My theory is that animales don't wear clothes to cover themselves up, like humans do, but that they wear them más as accessories that are purely optional. What do tu think?
