I love the other quote! It just epitomises the whole of Mulan's achievements and it fulfills her dreams - she didn't want to be a hero. She just wanted to protect her family and make them proud.

The other quote is one of the best quotes in Disney history in my opinion. It's a very proud, emotional, meaningful and sweet moment between Mulan and her Father. It makes me cry just about everytime I watch it.

"The greatest gift and honor is having you for a daughter " is the BEST Disney quote ever!

"The greatest gift and honor is having you for a daughter" is literally my all time favorite Disney Quote. As someone who never seems to make her father proud, it always makes me so happy that a screw-up like Mulan could finally earn her father's honor. I also especially love Fa Zhou because when Mulan messes up he doesn't chastise her, he just tries to cheer her up. Fa Zhou is the kind of father I want, so this quote really touches me when he says it to Mulan. It's the part of the movie I look forward to the most.

This quote just basically restated what Fa Zhou had said before. And like most people have already said, the other quote is really a tear-jerker and hands-down one of the best Disney quotes ever :)
