I guss because there's not as much much magic as The Little mermaid

finally, Sleeping Beauty is gone!
Personally, I think Pocahontas should win, but...

Inconsistency pretty much sums it all up. Just watched some of it in YT video I made ageeeees ago and Belle is so inconsistent... I almost died. She looks different in every freakin' scene. Completely different. At least Ariel looked like the same person for the whole film.

Well, inconsistently drawn Belle doesn't mean that its animation can't be impressive. Besides Ariel, and others characters, especially Triton are inconsistent too. And comparing backgrounds, I must say that details in Beauty and the Beast are perfectly and really impressively drawn. The Little Mermaid has rather impressive animation too, I haven't voted for it, so it proves that I like it. But not as much as Beauty and the Beast one.

I just feel like there was more detail in beauty and the beast...but on the other hand all of the animation underwater was gorgeous...it's difficult to pick.

I aree with DreamyGal.

These are two of my favorite princess films but I consider them to have the shittest animation... I am just shocked that these are the top two...
