She married a frog. Also Jasmine wanted a street rat. I think the most likely to judge the beast by his appearance would be Aurora or Ariel, though I love them both they would seem like the type to judge based on appearances.

She fell in love with a poor boy, she surely wouldn't jugde the Beast for his look.

Jasmine DOES judge appearances. If you wear fancy clothes and have a parade, she decides immediately she doesn't like you (unless you have a carpet, which is cool in her book). Rapunzel befriended a bunch of scary thugs, so she doesn't care that much.

Personally I think Aurora should have left already, but voting for her here won't make a difference, unfortunately..
