I have to say it's Frozen with Princess Anna :) Also Mulan and Cinderella :)

And Pocahontas :) they both work hard and stand up for what they believe

Elsa is a great role model, and so is Anna.

Their flaws are so open, and the fact that they try to set things right is admirable.

Kristoff, who is a weird and very aint-social, falls in love in a very real fashion. Partners, friends, crush, then full on love.

And Frozen...

Pocahontas and John Smith - both stop a war, teach their people to put their differences aside and take the time to learn about one another.

Personaly, I think all the classics, Belle and the Frozen sisters are very good role modelos.
