Why John Smith? Is it because Pocahontas had to save him from death?

Anyway, either Eric or Aladdin for me.
Eric because sure he saved Ariel and Max but besides that everyone else does all the rest of the saving others and him. Heck his own daughter saved the day in the other movie.
And Aladdin because Genie, Abu and Carpet are saving him all the time.

He gets captured, gets saved by the fairies, every time he gets into a little bit of conflict the fairies overcome them for him (no matter how small), and he's not responsible for killing the villain, the fairies are. Are we really suppose to believe that a tiny sword would kill a giant fire breathing dragon? The sword is like a toothpick to her. If it wasn't for the fact that the fairies enchanted it at the last minute Maleficent would've barbecued Phillip and had him for a snack. He's actually probably more of a damsel in distress than Aurora. At least she has an excuse, her parents make Maleficent bad, she was hypnotized, and later put to sleep. Phillip has no excuse. He's constantly saved by the fairies and if it wasn't for them the entire kingdom and Aurora would forever be asleep and Phillip and his sorry butt would've been fried and eaten.

John? ...John?
Same as what I've said before.

This was really hard between him and John, as they were both saved by their loves, and performed heroic acts, but I chose Eric because he seems less sure and lost about a lot of things. John did more heroic acts than Eric, and was sure about almost everything. Not the best reasoning, but the only one I can come up with.

Because he doesn't really fight for anything the whole movie. He looks like a hero, but after rescuing Thomas, he barely does anything at all. Oh, I'm supposed to get killed for something I didn't even do? No matter. I just will allow them to lead me to slaughter....

Or the Prince. John cause he had to get saved by Pocahontas. Prince cause he looks too much of a girl to me LOL!

He's pretty much incapable of taking care for himself.
