How the heck is I see the Light less romantic than Kiss the Girl?

@ajotma: Simple, the boat in the water thing has been done before. With "I See the Light" it's like, "been there, done that".

ppgbelle4, ^ I disagree with you.Yeah the boat scene been done before but this way different then what we see in TLM.In my oppion I think the scene in Tangled is way better and way more rommantic then Kiss the Girl! I love the latterns and the song it's my most favorite part of the whole movie! In Kiss the Girl the boat scene was going through a glade with sea creatures swirling around them along with birds and fireflies and the boat Turing.In Tangled I See The Light scene the boat was still the whole time and the laterns light up the night sky with the kingdom in the background.It was a very touching rommantic moment and beautiful as well.Plus I loved the idea of Rapunzel and Flynn singing the song and expressing what they were feeling not only what has happened but thier feeling for each other.It was more rommantic then Kiss the Girl.Flynn and Rapunzel was already feeling a conection between them before this but it just got stronger plus they were finally able to tell each other what they were feeling.Before Kiss the Girl yeah Eric seemed intrested in Ariel but not that much it was kind of one way thing.And Sebastion was just trying to get Eric to Kiss Ariel so she wouldn't turn back mermaid before the third day. Thier relationship was kind rushed but Flynn and Rapunzels came naturally and on it's own and it expressed that during the scene.

Silmply. I've never liked the tranformation moment. This is so unromantic. And I agree with Pocahontas1fan, the Tangled's boat moment is one of the most romantic of all.

I love both of the boat scenes but Kiss The Girl is a classic.
This is kinda a ripoff.

There was too much pressure for them to kiss, and then it was followed by disappointment when it didn't happen.

It's not romantic at all, ugh.
Sebastian is adorable though.

Were not talking about which ones a rip off or not were talking about which one is more ROMANTIC and I see the light is way more romantic than kiss the girl Sebastian is forcing them to kiss and they fall off a boat and I don't think something's a rip off just because someones in a boat that scene has different plots because Sebastian is trying to get Eric and ariel to kiss and Rapunzel and Flynn finally realize they like each other

I think 'I see the Light' is more romantic than this one also.

I agree with ppv and Pocahontas1fan. It isn't really romantic and besides in that scene Ariel, first tried to kiss Eric and he refused.

Besides, "I see the light" has an atmosphere that gives a romantic and tender sensation.
