Yeah... he didn't stop lying throughout the course of the movies so I can see this happening.

Both of the options that aren't 'Happily Ever After' (Even though they're my favourite DP couple).

He'll lie about little things, Jasmine will shrug it off at first but as he keeps lying a dragon will burst out of her (not literally), thus making Aladdin sick of Jasmine's mood-swings and he'll fly off on the Magic Carpet never to be seen again.

If I only take the first film into consideration I'd say their relationship probably won't last forever. But I've watched The King Of Thieves, so I definitely believe they can succeed in staying together.

It's hard to determine. Though Aladdin does lie at times (she does too) and she is moody (so is he), both trust one another majorly and will sacrifice their lives for one another. Maybe they will live happily ever after, he'll abandon her, or she'll resent him, but this is how relationships work. Not everything is perfect, but maybe they will break up.

I feel like the "Aladdin starts lying again => trust issues" comes from the television series and two sequels, where this actually starts happening. Since none of the people who worked on the first movie had anything to do with the other two (except maybe voice actors reprising their roles), I take it with a grain of salt.

For starters, the movie makes it clear Aladdin and Jasmine need to get married within three days, and the end implies they just married and are flying away off to their honeymoon. In the sequels and TV show, suddenly the time limit doesn't exist and they take months, if not years to tie the knot. So, yeah.

While I'm sure they remained happily married, I personally always wondered if Aladdin would become a bit disillusioned by Jasmine's temper. When he first meets her in the market and they "fall in love," they both had their best foot forward. In the palace, she often gets mad and yells. Even Aladdin himself seemed unprepared for her temper when she kept letting him have it as Prince Ali. I always wondered if, in the long run, they'll have to sit down and have a serious talk about her learning to express her concerns and frustrations in a more constructive manner.
