I know Jasmine picks up that vaulting thing in seconds, and even calls herself a fast learner, but I still think Mulan. What Mulan was learning was much harder. I know this is about speed not difficulty, but difficulty counts when judging this I think. Like if I learn the aphabet song on the piano in two minutes and someone else learns the entire works of mozart in a month I'd still call them the fast learner, even though mine was technically quickest, you know? Mulan goes from one of the worst in her troop to the best (including her teacher/trainer Shang, who we see her best in training at least twice). She adapts to not only the training, but to a lifestyle that was completely alien to her. Comparitively what Jasmine learned was easy. She vaulted without losing balance. That still makes her seem like a fast learner, and I'm not saying it was easy, especially on a first try, but compared to what Mulan learns I think it was.
