Honestly, I don't think any of them gave a really stupendous performance worthy of an Oscar.

Lady Tremaine by far is the most menacing without even saying anything. I think I quote Norma Desmond when I say, "with one look I put words to shame". She just has that silence that few actors achieve. In fact the only three I would even consider for an oscar would be the Evil Queen, Lady Tremain, and Maleficent they strike as classically trained in Shakespeare. Like female versions of Ralph Feinnes, Jeremy Irons, & Jason Isaacs.

Either Lady Tremaine or Maleficent. Funny, they were both voiced by the same woman. I think that both were fairly terrifying villains.

Lady Tremaine is SO well animated. Her facial expressions = terrifying.

Lady Tremaine doesn't show much emotion, just a flat voice speaking mean words. I think Ursula is great, especially when she's pretending to be Vanessa
