People always give her red roses especially because of the Broadway show and the live-action film, but the enchanted rose is clearly pink. Not to mention it's pink in the stained glass windows and in the final scene of the film, pink roses are growing all around the castle by the stained glass window. Not red roses. I don't think there's a single red rose in the actual film and pink suits Belle better, especially with the color of her lips. Even in concept art, the rose was white (like the live-action film) NOT red.

The rose I associate with the Beast. I associate Dandelions with Belle. Why? Because she is shown blowing on one in the film.

Yep, Dandelions. The rose stands more for the Beast (you are right that it is more pink then red, though), and the red Rose stands for me for Aurora.

One of two my favorite flowers btw( the other is lilac which I associate with Tzipporah, despite lilac not appearing in her movie).

I think red roses would fit better.
