BOTH of them were hilarious really! But I still love this line though and I'm even more in love with the fact that Aurora was the one to say it.

Seriously guys, it's just a sarcastic joke. The word feminist is allowed to be used in jokes.

And I bet if Merida or any of the other "empowered" princesses said something like "Oh, you're so demure and sophisticated, great" Merida's more die hard fans would LOVE it.

I don't like it when people turn feminism into a joke (even if it's about Merida).

I just watched the video on YouTube, against my better judgment. And honestly? I don't have anything positive to say about it. It's just too far from my kind of entertainment. I'm quite appalled, actually.

And now I'm going to sleep. If I have disturbing dreams about the DPs and assault weapons, I'm blaming everyone who's ever brought this video up! :P

It just does my heart good to see "Aurora" take a jab at "Merida", especially after finding out why Merida was created. And I wish more people would call out Brave and Merida for the type of "feminism"(which is really pseudo-feminism, misandry and "Anti-Disney" in disguise which is what I think "Aurora" is really referring to) they perpetuate.

Aurora's comment was spot on. People are always quick to target the classic princesses as jokes but they never comment or joke on the SJWness of Merida and enraged Elsa fans e.g. those who say "she's the best princess because she don't need a man!!!"

Both comments are spot-on.

It was hilarious and well-deserved. Brenda Chapman and many like her use Merida and others as tools to shame the other princesses with because apparently while feminist used to be about equal rights for women now it means = "I don't need no man".

I especially liked how it was Aurora saying it given that she's the favorite punching bag of most feminists nowadays even more than Snow. the second half of the video sucked and was no different than any parody RC ever does (show how evil/violent characters from a popular work of fiction really are) but the first half was better.

I'm sorry, I'm just tired of pretty_angel92's attitude. Every time I look through old articles, polls and forums on this club, I always see some ignorant negative biased comment from her. And she still exhibits this attitude today and people RARELY call her out on it. One time she said Brave was feminist because all the men in the movie are idiots. She called the movie FEMINIST for it's portrayal of men. So now I'm thinking she's really just an idiot.
