Definitely.

The others seem to work well independently while Rapunzel has great leadership skills and knows how to influence people. She works great in a group and is good at coming up with a plan AND at improvising. She's also very intelligent and resourceful.

She's the only one with actual combat experience, is a quick thinker and knows how to pull a team together. Or maybe she'd be the Nick Fury of the group, coming up with all the plans and missions.

Don't know why but i'll like to see her

Most likely Mulan. But I also agree with magnoliainmay that Rapunzel would be great at improvisation plans, too.

I don't think these particular ones would make good leaders. They're all too stubborn or just don't like leading, in Mulan's case. Just Tiana at best. And just picking Elsa for having powers is unfair and not really relevant, considering Iron Man and Black Widow don't either.

Poor tiana lol

She's a great leader! She knows when to start fights and when to end them and really cares about her, "team" (Her tribe) She never fights unless she has to and always thinks before doing things, and Pocahontas will always get the job done. Also she puts work and family before romance which shows more dedication. Plus she's damn athletic!

Mmmmm....hard decision. Let's take this from the top:
Snow White: Nope, I can't even see her fight.
Cinderella: Perhaps. She would grow with the responsibility.
Aurora: Perhaps...again, taking responsibility is kind of her thing, she would do whatever would be requested of her as a leader. But she is not really a fighter.
Ariel: Nope. Too immature.
Belle: Perhaps, but I see her more as the avenger who is responsible for research and development.
Jasmine: Nope, she lacks leader qualities, and has no idea how normal people life.
Pocahontas: Perhaps...at least the Pocahontas from the end of the movie would be a good choice.
Mulan: Nope. Mulan is the type of person who suddenly would get an idea and run off to realize it. She would be a great wild card, and the perfect strategist. She certainly could lead, but she would be more useful elsewhere.
Tiana: No, because she is not the type of person who has an easy time inspiring other people.
Rapunzel: Perhaps, but only after some time spend out of the tower. She first has to experience life.
Merida: Nope! Too immature.
Anna: Nope!!! Nope, nope, nope! Not only immature, but also incompetent.
Elsa: I guess....she did train to be a queen....but she is so closed off....

I think I go for Cinderella over Pocahontas. Because I think that she would have the easiest time inspiring people. Just look how the mice would do anything for her. And she would be smart enough to listen to advice.
