Very friendly

I had to go with Rapunzel because while some of the other girls are truly friendly (like Cinderella or Snow White), she is the one who grew up in a complete isolation and only communicated with one single person for her entire life - a rather emotionally abusive person in addition to everything - and once she gets a chance to finally go outside and embrace the world, meeting people, she instantly opens up to that world, she wants to communicate with people, to dance with them, to spend time around them, she easily makes friends among those who live in the kindom and even when she is revealed to be a princess she is being very down to earth and constantly spends time around people playing with kids and greeting everyone.

you can tell in the town scene she seemed so excited to meet everyone and see everything and in the series multiple times she meets up with merpeople or fish that were just jerks to her and she was just nothing but nice to them!
