Personality
Belle is a young woman living in the French countryside with her father, an inventor. She's a lovely free-thinker who likes to read and go on adventures within her own imagination. She is not shy and is not afraid to speak her mind, especially in tight situations. She is very compassionate and takes care of those in need. Belle can also be stubborn, but she tries to protect people she truly loves and is very patient towards others.
Belle is a shrewd nonconformist for her time in many ways. The most pronounced is her amor of books, adventure and knowledge, which the townspeople find odd for a woman. Gaston says to her at one point, "It's not right for a woman to read. Soon she starts getting ideas and...thinking...". Belle also does not care about appearances, whether they pertain to herself o anyone else. This is highly ironic, considering she is seen as the most beautiful woman in her village. In the song Belle, a woman sings, "It's no wonder than her name means beauty. Her looks have got no parallel."
[edit]Wardrobe
Belle's most common outfit is a blue and white peasant dress with a white delantal which she wears throughout most of the movie. She wears a blue bow in her hair and brown shoes. Many fans[who?] believe that this outfit is based upon Dorothy Gale's dress in The Wizard of Oz. Sometimes she is featured with her hair down such as when she is attacked por the lobos and at the end of the film.
When she is outdoors, she wears a dark blue cloak. During her time in the castle, she wears a rosado, rosa dress and a green dress. She also wears a golden ball vestido during the ballroom scene in the film. In the Kingdom Hearts games she alternates between her ball vestido and her blue peasant outfit.
[edit]Development

disney hired actress Sherri Stoner to portray the role of Belle during development. They filmed Stoner actuación out various actions and mannerisms, and used the footage as inspiration for Belle's performance.[1]
When Beast's key animator Glen Keane and one of Belle's animators, Mark Henn, were drawing their respective characters in the same scene, they had to coordinate their work across the country. Henn was at the Disney-MGM Studio in Florida, and Keane was at the animación studio in Glendale, California. To keep the scenes harmonized, the animators had to exchange drawings daily por courier.[1]

Unfortunately, a pipe organ called Forte is determined to do anything necessary to keep the spell from breaking, because he thinks that if the curse is broken then the Beast won't be nice to him anymore. Thus, he proves to be an obstacle in Belle's plans. After several attempts to get Beast to agree, Beast finally approves of the idea of navidad and allows Belle to prepare festivities, though he still harbors resentment for the day.

Fortunately, she is rescued por Beast, but he is angry at her because of a lie that Forte told him: that she was trying to desert him. They both continue to prepare for Christmas.
Persistent Forte brings the whole castillo down with Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 in order to prevent the spell from ending, trying to end everyone's lives. Originally, when the first installment of disney Princess encantada Tales was to be released, it was to feature a new Belle story and a brand new Aurora story. All of the original Beauty and the Beast cast returned for "A Kingdom Of Kindness", with the exception to Jerry Orbach.

[edit]Actresses
Maybe i some día , time hace was guilty of calling some of the princesses "bad role models" , i was wrong, i realized that the fact that i don't like a character o don't agree with, them doesn't mean they are bad role models.

To be fair,i find some people saying "Princess are a bad role model for girls because "insert princess name and reasons here" . But i don't see anyone saying a freaking thing about the disney male characters . I did an articulo in the disney club

It was supossed to be a parody of how people critize female characters but never say a thing about males. Nobody actually...

I hope that you have a great time in Europe, Anna!
Hi guys, since the Asian batch made it through the front page of Fanpop. Here are the European batch of Anna!

Italian (Serena Rossi)

My first impression on Serena (no, not her namesake frozen costar, Serena Autieri) is that she sounds a bit like Kristen Bell. But, one thing is that her voice is slightly deeper than Kristen and en general, general good job! (Ratings: 9.5/10)

French (Emmylou Homs)

When I first heard her canto amor is an Open Door, she sounds very bubbly and gentle at the same time. She does not sound heavy at all! (Ratings: 10/10)

Dutch (Nootje Herlaar)

Okay, I found out that Nootje is actually...

Many thanks to M_gann who helped me come up with this idea and organized the first few polls, as well as to everyone who voted, commented, and publicado their lists! Now it's finally time to take a look at which DPs we think are most popular and compare them to which DPs actually are most popular. Please take a look at link as well!

11. Merida
Actual rank: 10

Wow, I am legitimately shocked that Merida is más popular than we thought she was. I've always viewed her as Fanpop's most hated princess, but I guess that's not true anymore! Unfortunately she's still very unpopular.

I'm going to tentatively...

So Rapunzel had a great beginning. "A single drop of sunlight" fell to the ground and created a flor (?) that "had the ability to heal the sick and injured." Then because the queen was dying, the flor was mashed up and dado as sopa to the queen who got well again. And the magic affected her baby. The magic golden flor caused the newborn to be born with a head full of hair, and already extremely active.

Wait, what?

Did Gothel take her right after she was born? Isn't that dangerous? Shouldn't Rapunzel be with her mother, be nurtured por her and everything. Like, come on, at least wait until...

Finally! My Japanese Princess Appearance make it to the front page, I strongly recommend tu guys to check it out. So, now is a Korean princess's turn to see on how she will look like. Ironically, I also did a encuesta on this too!

1. Ha Nui Lee (3rd Runner-Up, Miss Universe 2007)

She was the 3rd runner up in Miss Universe 2007 to her Japanese counterpart, Riyo Mori. She is my first choice for a Korean Princess, as she plays a Korean instrument called the Gayageum. So, she could also provide the movie some help!

2. Sa Rang Kim (Miss Universe 2001 contestant)

This contestant won the best National...

Greetings! I'm ApplesauceDoctr, here with an evaluation of the theatrical posters for the 11 disney Princess films. To determine which posters are the greatest, I've considered three factors:

1) The diseño (including layout and color scheme)
2) Intrigue (the strategy involved in "selling" the film, o influencing moviegoers to see it; includes the design, tagline, and impression)
3) Reflection of the film (how accurate of a representation the poster is of the movie it's advertising)

I'm attempting to look at each category objectively, but that may be difficult for the third one. My perception of...

Since nobody had done this, I thought that I could write this articulo since I amor Enya's songs!

1) Fairytale

The 3 classic princesses will definitely amor this song, as the título says it all. The música is very soothing and yet at the same time mesmerizing!

2) Wild Child

Ariel and jazmín are considered fiercely independent, so this song suits their spunky background!

3) Anywhere Is

Belle wants adventure, so this energetic song suits her. Especially during the 'Belle Reprise' scene!

4) Memory of Trees

Since Pocahontas is an environmentalist, this sad song will be good and I would imagine her...

This is my updated princess fan list. The biggest change is a swap-out/trade-placements of two princesses. These are my opinions. I will explain as I go.

1. mulan
I’ll probably be a fan of her my whole life. She’s the most sacrificial character in the whole disney Princess lineup, and I can’t help admiring her for overcoming her numerous flaws. mulan is a convincing heroine, and her humaneness is something that I find missing in some of the Revival Era girls.

2. Ariel
She was my childhood favorite, but she doesn’t seem to diminish in my...

PART 2

Hello and welcome to part one of my COUNTDOWN FOR favorito! COUPLE BESIDES PRINCESS/PRINCE! Part one includes the couples that I think are just hated por most as some of them break up a lovely couple. The couples in this part don't have a lot of redeeming qualities to them. Take a look. Read and comment. Also, I thought it would be fun to make little "reaction photos" to go along with the foto of the couple.

THE LAST PLACE COUPLE IS. . .

So, with this topic on whether o not Elsa should be gay has been very popular over the internet, I felt it was time to tell tu my opinion on this topic.

Before tu get disgusted with me o anything, I have no problem with the lgbt community. In fact, my best friend is gay, and we often talk about boys and "ship" each other.

Now, there are a lot of reasons I think disney should wait and make an original gay princess instead of making Elsa gay, I mean the main reason is I see Elsa as having no interest in romance- whether it's a male o female. I would much rather have a sequel centering around...

So, I have been hearing from many people over their disagreements about Emma Watson's casting as Belle. So, I thought that I would write this articulo about it if she wasn't cast at all, first no hard feelings to any Emma Watson fans out there (including myself) o to the actress herself. So here are my lista of actresses.

1. Anne Hathaway

I first heard her sing in Les Miserables, she blew everybody away with her rendition of 'I Dreamed a Dream', she's a marvelous singer in her own rights and I'm glad she's a talented actress!

2. Keira Knightley

I remember doing a encuesta regarding this 6 years ago...

Who's canto voice do tu choose? Jasmine?
Who's singing voice do you choose? Jasmine?
So, this song has been covered por a few artists, like Lucy Hale por turning it into a country version. Then, another disney estrella sang it, it is none other than Lea Salonga herself! Are tu ready for a battle between Team Salonga and Team Menzel? Here we go!

Idina Menzel

While I enjoy her version, she's a bit pitchy in certain parts. Although at some parts she's very emotional and I like that, because she's very ominous like Elsa and I'm glad that I like her version.

Lea Salonga

Many of tu know that she was the canto voice of mulan and Jasmine, when I heard her version. I thought that she sounds even better than Idina! I would not actually mind her voicing Elsa anyway.
But I guess that they don't want Elsa to sound like jazmín and Mulan!

Conclusion

While both of them are good singers, I would say that Lea is the best singer out of these two!
 Mulan?

Since it isn't so much left until navidad I decided to write a few artículos here on that theme, not sure how many I'll do, but here's the first one. tu may not remember this song, but link in case tu haven't heard the song. Anyway originally the song had the 6 first disney Princesses canto the song, but I decided to redo the song a bit por adding 6 new princesses and their parts has new lyrics. I decided to exclude Merida, so the new parts will be dedicated to Pocahontas, Mulan, Tiana, Rapunzel, Anna and Elsa. I'll write on each part which princess that has that part, anyway hope you'll...

12. Brave- I despise this movie I really don't like Merida. While she may be a strong I think she is just rude and annoying. The film is so forgettable. I haven't seen the film in about 4 years and I don't plan on seeing it again.

12. Frozen- As many of tu know, like Valiente I detest this movie. The characters are very irritating & the movie was trying way too hard...

Charm-the Real Feminine Mystique:
"A girl need not have perfect features nor an outstanding figure to be popular. But she should have charm. As Sir James Barrie had Maggie say in his play, What Every Woman Knows, 'If tu have it, tu don't need to have anything else; and if tu don't have it, it doesn't much matter what else tu have.'

Once tu have acquired charm, you'll probably never lose it. Especially after tu have discovered how much happier your life is because tu are considered to be that charming girl down the street.

To be charming tu need not to be any particular age, weight o height...
