Hello everyone :)

I've been here for a few days, and I amor it! Everyone is so nice, so I thought I would introduce myself.

My name is Lexi! I live in a very sunny part of California. My birthday is June 21. My hobbies include traveling, reading, soccer, volleyball, being with friends and family, and trying new things. I try to live my life to the fullest. The person I amor most in this world is my little sister. She is currently battling cancer, and is my hero.

favorito! disney Princesses: Rapunzel, Belle, Jasmine, Mulan. I really do amor them all though :)

note: I feel like I have a lot in common with Rapunzel. We both grew up very sheltered. I also get very excited at the thought of getting out into the world, and seeing everything! And we're both children at heart. I've even been told I look like her because we both have big eyes and long blonde hair hahah.

Princes: Flynn Rider & aladdín are my favorites.

favorito! disney Movies: Peter Pan, Beauty and the Beast, Tangled, Aladdin, The Lion King, Lilo and Stitch, Finding Nemo. Once again, I really amor them all. These are just the first that came to mind as far as favoritos go.

Outside of Disney: Harry Potter, Inception, Titanic, Ever After, Despicable Me, etc.

TV: Friends, Once Upon a Time, New Girl.

I didn't understand it all, but I liked what I did understand! I guess dreams within dreams can be confusing. Anyway, nice article! :)

My problem with princess Elena

Princess Elena of Avalor. Many people are already crying out for her, loving her, loving her for the diversity she brings to the DP line...

And I just don't see the fuss.

Don't get me wrong, I do want proper representation (yes, i do, actually, even though the most cynical of tu won't believe it). What I don't want is tokenism, a character that has no personality beyond what is defined for them- their skin color/sexuality/etc. It's like if disney made a fat princess whom her whole personality revolved around food, o a bisexual princess who went around having crushes on everybody and being described...

DP signature outfit ranking

Here's my quick lista on the ranking of disney Princess signature outfits:

13. Rapunzel tower dress:
It's the most generic dress i could have imagined for a princess, purplish pink, with motives and stripes and criss-cross stitching, like the designer was sort of confused as to which diseño to follow, and put them all in one. I'm not a fan of puffy sleeves either, and why there's this stripes on them, really off-putting. They could have done better with the color and design. Only good thing about the dress is its silhouette, very modest and flattering. I don't know if it suits her personality...

As some of tu might be able to tell, I have been in a very musical mood lately. Along those themes, I wanted to make 2 música countdowns: 1 for Songs and 1 for Scores. I amor Disney's music, especially from the team of Alan Menken & Howard Ashman. I almost never like covers of DP songs por disney Pop stars so unless otherwise mentioned, all versions here are the original ones from the film. Here are my rankings for favorito! songs:
