The six disney Princess brides are the princesses we've seen in bridal wear on screen. This is my opinion on how beautiful each princesses clothing choices made them. This is my opnion, and you're entitled to your own. But I rarely see these kind of articles, so I decided to write one. Enjoy!
6. Ariel
I'm sorry Ariel. Your dress was a monstrosity. The grees detailing plus the glittering golden crown made tu look like a navidad decoration. Perhaps the ángel they put on the tree. And those sleeves! Dear Goddess, those sleeves looked like they could golondrina tu alive. But all mistakes on this dress aside, she still made a beautiful bride. tu could feel her happiness, even if her realationship was a bit shallow. All in all, the puffiness and horrible color coordination puts her at the bottom of this list.
5. jazmín
Jasmine's dress as flattering and classy. There was no bare midriff o very much sexiness of her dress. But it was beautiful, on her at least. Us normal people could never pull off her dress. The shoulders, dear lord. Only a beauty like jazmín could pull those off. Disney, what is with tu and putting beautiful women in horrible dresses? I did like her veil. It was very modest in comparison to say Ariel and Rapunzel's dresses. Both wore beautiful crowns with their viels. jazmín wore flowers. She made simple, minus the shoulders, look beautiful and flawless. I think we can all agree only jazmín could pull off that look.
4. mulan
mulan had not one, not two, but a grande total of three wedding dresses. Not gowns, dresses. i'm saying three, because I'm going to include her bridal wear in the first movie in this little trio. Then there was the horrible red dress she wore with the cangrejo hat at the royal wedding. The hat killed any chances of beauty in that outfit. Then there was the dress at the end that not many people know is in fact Mulan's wedding dress. The purple/pink dress with the ringlet of flores on her head. I'm personally a fan of Mulan's real wedding dress. She looks comfortable and happy in the purple/pink dress. When tu look at it tu can see the similarites between her final dress and the bridal wear from the first movie. Her final dress was a más simply, comfortable and mulan version of the elegant dress from the first movie.
3. cenicienta
Cinderella's dress was the most impossible to find dress of all of the princesses. I found all three of Mulan's dresses, and I couldn't find one decent picture of the original dress Cindy wore. So I'm going off of the movie. Cindy was the classic bride. She has a simple, figure flattering dress that any woman could wear. She has the elegant hair do, and the fairy tale wedding. cenicienta looked beautiful, elegant and timeless in her simple gown. There's not much to say about cenicienta as a bride. Except she is beautiful, timeless, and her vestido isn't ridiculous like Jasmine's and Ariels. And it's a real vestido unlike Mulan's. That's all there is to say about it.
2. Tiana
Tiana has two wedding gowns. Her poofy, glittery, pale greene confection everyone has a huge love-lust relationship with since it's basically the first real princess vestido for years. But I preffered church gown. The simple cut and simple details were very Tiana to me. They suited her, and made her look like a bride. I can see the appeal to Tiana's poofy gown. It's a dress that makes her look like the princess she is now that her and Naveen are a married couple. But it's just not very me. Then I again, I prefer más simple gown's like Aurora's formal vestido and Rapunzel's casual dress. Speaking of Punz...
1. Rapunzel
When i saw enredados Ever After, I was shocked to see how beautiful Rapunzel looked. Punz was a graceful, elegant bride that reminded me a lot of Cinderella. Her lacy, satiny whit vestido that appeared to be just another version of her purple dress suited her perfectly. The length makes me curious whether of not she wore shoes, as we can't see her feet. The classic Punz tiara paired with floaty veil completely updated the look of the dress to me. Then the stark contrast between her short, spunky brunette hair and the pale femininity of her wedding attire was extremely visually pleasing. Not just to me, but to many of the people I've asked. Surprisingly, I've found a few other disney fans here in my stupid stuck-in-the-past city filled with overly-judgemental people. Usually, they're people I run into when I'm picking out mershandise (I'm pathetic) that I get into a quick conversation with. Somehow disney brides always come up, and almost all of us have agreed that Punz is a surprisingly beautiful bride.
So, there tu have it. My long ramble on the six brides of the disney princesses. I'd amor to hear your opinions. :)
