Prince parents

I wonder where the parents of Prince Eric and the Beast are.

Eric is still a prince, but his parents are not there in the movie. Is he the son of the king o just a "prince" in a region?

And the same with the Beast. If he's the son of the Queen, like in the storybook, why does he live only with his servants?

Maybe thats why he was so amargo, amargos and cruel...because he had lost them.
The servants were probably the only people left to take care of him and a distant relative probably took the crown for awhile until he was old enough to hold the position...thats probably why no one really realized a prince was missing...he was just to young for anyone to care.

Wouldn't the realative mover into the gigantic lavish palace and kick Adam to the curb though? And why wouldn't they care? People care más about kids than anything. Whatever, this is the best explaination I've ever heard, so I'll take it =)

Maybe they were rulers of a region...instead of all of France...I dont know though...haha just a big guess:]

Everyone thought so but in the song "Be Our Guest" Lumiere dicho they had been cursed for 10 years and in the beginning the enchantress cursed him until his 21st año and that would have made him 11

Yeah, there's no much to tell in the movie about John Smith's parents. In history, John Smith was a farmer's son (I think.) His father died when he was young, John Smith worked his way up :) he was an English soldier, explorer, and author.

Although it wasn't mentioned directly, I'm pretty sure that Smith's parents are both dead.
