Whats it like to go to a Shrink?

It sucks! Not only is it a boring waste of time, but it doesn't work. The shrinks are always annoying as hell, they think that tu are either over exxageratting o making it up, and there only way to treat tu is to throw pills at tu until tu cnat tell your left from your right.

not only what MasterOfFear said. ive been to 3 dif ones n 2 threw me out of their office cos i kept questioning them, n one told me to go inicial and smoke pot! WTF!? its a total waste of time and money.

I used to see one. At first it's nice to talk to someone who listens (or pretends to) but the segundo I'm out of her office it all comes crashing down that I've told her all (almost all) my secrets. And that's the biggest mistake anyone can make. Never let your guard down. Never relax.

tu shouldn't say anything that matters until your sure tu can trust them. tu can talk about irrelevant things like the weather until then.

tu shouldn't take much notice of what they say. 'Labeling' can make tu feel like tu have an illness even when tu don't. Though, tu shouldn't ignore what they say either. If what they say makes sense to you, accept it. If it doesn't, pregunta it till it does make sense. If it still doesn't make sense forget about the whole thing and go home.

Don't let them play with your emotions. Don't get angry. Don't yell. Don't cry. Don't act human, because they're not.

They try to play mind games with you. Don't play unless your certain you'll win. If tu can't trust your words, Don't use them. It's much safer that way.

be carful what u say, as they r still learning of the human mind. and what they dont understand they will give u drugs that will either bloat u o make u think u need a shrink. everyone is diffrent in every way. and as to family gene/ sometimes it skips a generation/ and sometimes will only affect males of the clan. n we all mostrar syptoms of it, were just beter at puting up a mask. and many will record u secretly. sometimes it can b used in court either for u o against u. but ur words from tu type depict normality in your person. let the shrink see his own;-]
