Here is something to discuss. What do tu think?

A philosophical thought experiment called Mary's Room describes a scenario where a woman named Mary who lives in a room that is only black and white. Everything inside the room is black and white, including everything that shows up on her TV and computer screens. She has never seen color in her life, but she has studied everything there is to know about color. One día her computer screen shows an manzana, apple in color. This is the first time she experiences color. Does she learn anything new? What do tu think? (The video explains Mary's Room better.)
I think she does learn something new. I don't think words can explain something like color. They can tell tu the science behind color, but not how people perceive it. I believe the only way tu can fully understand color is por experiencing it yourself.

I would agree with you. Seeing color and lectura about it are totally different. I've read about bugs that can see colores humans cannot but I can't even begin to fathom what they look like. It would be eye opening to see color for the first time, literally.

It's like lectura about airplanes and know everything about them but never actually flying on one.
