I tolerate them. I know that its needed for the story for Elena to love one brother then eventually fall in love with the other. Its pretty obvious that she loves Stefan, downplayed or not. BUT, their progression was too fast & their *breakups* arent very epic or angsty. They can be predictable at times.

No. There is just nothing about them. I disliked them from the start. Long before I got in to Delena. Stefan is so wrong for Elena.

I used to like them, but now their relationship is cheesy at best, and annoying as hell, the book SE is even worst. I hate them, not because they are an obsticle to DE, but their relationship is stupidly predictable and just wrong because Stefan was lying to her in the very beginning, and still. I do like Stefan, but not with Elena, they just don't scream true love. What is true when you choose your bro over the love of your life?
