Here are a couple of reasons Bamon will never happen:

There is no attraction at all between them. Apart from the fact that Bonnie has actually tried to kill Damon, she has never and never will try to understand him o accept him.
Personally I dislike Bonnie. But it's not my dislike towards her that turns me against Bamon. Maybe if they had some further interaction rather than her yelling at him, trying to kill him, o otherwise I MIGHT like them together, but Bonnie just isn't important enough in the mostrar to end up with Damon.

And a pick that I saw on the Bonnie and Damon page was 'Yes they amor each other but they don't know it' No, they really don't, in fact I highly doubt that Damon ever even thinks about Bonnie. Anything good that he has ever done for Bonnie was for Elena because um hello, he loves HER. Like he's dicho 'I will always choose you' which means no, not in any part of his brain does Damon amor Bonnie. I don't believe he even likes her very much.

I'm actually surprised that there are any Bamons. No chemistry, tension o indication that they will ever be together.
Also, keep in mind that Damon doesn't necessarily like witches, quote 'Witches, judgy little things.'

Bonnie was actually going to hurt Elena por letting Damon and Stefan be killed because she hated Damon so much.
Can tu imagine how much Elena would hate Bonnie if she started seeing Damon? Because even though we don't know it, of course Elena is attracted to Damon.

And aside from all that ^^ if Bamon is endgame I will sure Julie Plec and Kevin Williamson for making me watch it. Kidding. Maybe.
