Elena opened the door and entered the Boarding House. It was dark inside and suspiciously quiet. Suddenly the light in the hallway went on and an unfamiliar face appeared. “Surprise” the girl said. She walked fast to Elena who wanted to leave again, but she shut the door. “I guess you’re Elena?”
Elena nodded and swallowed. “Where is Stefan? He taxed me to come earlier”
“No, sweetie, that was me” Amber dicho waving Stefan’s cell phone. “Don’t be afraid, we’re friends. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind if I got the first taste” She leaned adelante, hacia adelante and opened her mouth. Elena pushed her away. “Go away!” she yelled. Amber frowned of confusion, but then noticed the sparkling on Elena’s wrist. “Nice bracelet” she said. “Can I see it?” Elena pulled her arm back. “Please?” Amber asked. She gripped Elena’s arms, jerked the bracelet and threw it in a corner.
“Hey!” Elena shouted. “Damon gave me that. It’s a birthday present!”
“I know, honey, I know” Amber nodded. “Speaking of which… Klaus says Happy Birthday” She grabbed Elena’s head and sank her teeth in her neck, while Elena struggled and screamed, blood streaming over her neck to her clothes, dripping on the floor.
