Why does Bella amor Edward?

I have read the books, o else I wouldn't talk, but I forgot and I'm not willing to read those libros again.

I clearly remember his beauty has a part involved, but there's más to it then that. I think.

I would rather wonder why does she amor him SO much that she's depressed for months and pulls suicidal stunts just to hear his voice in her head. That's fucking mental yes but what the hell about him could possibly CAUSE that deep effect?

No accounting for taste! :) He's my favourite character. I don't like him romantically, but he is really cool. The only thing I really don't like about him is his religious belief, but it's just one part of a whole person :)

This is my opinion but I think Bella is selfish. I think she only liked him for three reasons. One, he was sooooo beautiful. That's all she dicho in the book. Which annoyed me to no end.
Two, he's rich. In New Moon she was willing to give up college because he's rich.
Three, I think she's afraid that if she rejected him, he would kill her because she knows the secret.
