What's the size of the icono and banner above?

I really wanna make a new banner (it does not mean that I do not like the present one! I REALLY amor it, but when it is time to change, I really wanna be a help)

Does anyone know?

I created the banner. The icono was made por someone else! There was a banner challange not to long hace and I won! ;)
