like 4 o 5 eggs (That´s for one person)
Chop a quarter of the cebolla into little cubes(I put like a quarter of cebolla but if tu want más use more)do the same with the tomatoe. Also chop the serrano pepper into small pieces.
Than fry the cebolla in a pan with some oil already preheated. After the cebolla looks tranparent add the tomatoe and the pepper.
After 30 segundos of adding the pepepr and tomatoes add the eggs, some salt and scrambled them.
tu can use some torillas if tu want
