Britta annoys me because, she says that she don't like Jeff,but it's obviously that she have feeling's for him! She broke the head of that thing that was in the office of the teacher that Jeff was hitting on , on the Halloween episode! kkkkkkk

Britta is my choice. I find her interesting. Everyone thinks she's all that but as we all learned as the season progressed she had issues like she doesn't know how to be a girls girl, like the bathroom issue, and when she thought she won the Ms. Tranny Queen along with telling that she actually haven't won anything her entire life.. I dont hate Annie I love her but I was more interested with Britta because I was pretty sure she had things hidden in the closet.

Like a few others have already said,, I changed my mind about halfway through the season. At first, Annie was one of my favorite characters, and I hated Britta. I still like Annie, but I now find Britta to be funnier and far more interesting.

Britta and her "I'm a goddess" attitude will never not annoy me. And Annie is so down to Earth even though she's 100 times prettier and more interesting than Britta.

Are you talking about the thing in the finale where she says "I just won a contest for being hot!"? I could see how you got that impression of her based on that line alone, but overall Britta is a very insecure character. She just wants to fit in deep down...remember how she tries to impress Jeff with her weird April Fools Day prank? Or how she did the knock knock joke at her own expense? She's a buzzkill, and she knows it. She just wants the group to love her. That's my interpretation of the character anyway.

Your comments are all very amusing, I just don't understand the hate. I love this show because I find it incredibly hard to dislike a single character. I love both Britta and Annie, but I picked Annie because I find her interesting and funny and pretty adorable. Also, Alison Brie is an awesome actress.
What I don't like in the third season, is that they've started to reduce Annie to Jeff's weird lust object, or really just a sexal object in general. She needs better story lines.

That said, I've never liked Britta since the show started, but I recently began re-watching it from the beginning and I've actually come to really like Britta and maybe understand her character a little better. I think that similar to Jeff, her judgmental rants are mostly just a defense mechanism to cover up her own insecurities.

These comments are so unnecessarily pugnacious. Especially that one person who chose Annie over Britta because Britta's always "bitching and screaming". Ever noticed Annie's trademark line? She screams out NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO when the dumbest things happen. Britta's pretty insecure too. She does the dumbest things just so the group will like her. They're both pretty screwed up which is what makes them awesome. It just comes down to a personal opinion. Everyone's entitled to one, aren't they? Relax.

I am a fan Of Britta, she is Hilarious, she's my fave and she is so meant to be with Jeff, not Annie!

Guys they're both amazing. Not cool to hate a character just because you hate her relationship with the main character. So not cool, bro.

I dislike Annie. I try to like her, but I can't no matter how hard I analyze her character. I can't stand the Jeff gushing. She tries too hard to be in control of him and everyone/everything around her. If things don't go her way, she throws a fit and holds herself with a high and mighty attitude, manipulating everything. Britta might be an airhead, sadly due to the whims of the writers, but at least she has the best intentions. Annie's character is aggravating to see and listen to, especially when she pouts (fluttering her eyes and squealing "Uh!" is particularly irritating to see almost every episode) to have her way and gets away with harsh insults aimed at her friends every other episode without any repercussions. I just see her as the most selfish one of the group and despite some people claiming she has "matured" over the seasons, all I see is an act. She feigns a different persona almost every episode. I don't care if she's supposed to be adorable or relatable because she's "trying to fit in or find herself". To me she is neither and not an enjoyable character to have so much of the story centered around.

BRITTA IS SO ANNOYING!!! she thinks she is so smart and great even though she has no idea what the fuck she is talking about most of the time and is too stubborn to admit it (Sophie b hawking dance) and she also meddles in other peoples issues instead of dealing with her own problems involving her family. Is so desperate to seem cool and uncaring even though she is very needy and weird. She doesn't deserve to be with Troy who is actually funny and interesting. Sorry for him, and me, that we have to sit through her tired "feminist" speeches that make everyone roll their eyes because she is not a real activist, rather an attention seeker like when she went into a cage to paint that globe because she wanted to get attention like her friend who was jailed. Nothing about her is funny and she's just a huge annoying and self righteous, earning an eye roll from me every time she appears on the screen.
