Being a dulces freak, I would say NO WAY! To me (personally) I think of it as something they torture tu with in hospitals right before o after surgeries, when all tu want is REAL food.
But they do have this one kind "Sparkling Champagne", o something like that. tu use pop instead of water. That's not THAT bad. But I can't find it in stores anymore. :/
TECHNICALLY, it's not. But a lot of people consider it to be a candy. It's really just a form of dessert, but because it's so sweet and has so much sugar, a lot of people say it is. Really, it's what tu define to be "candy".
