I say "No" because their relationship is basically about keeping Secerts,and thats the beauty of it. Also I think it would be to hurtful to mention anything about her last moment with Spike. On the show it self was about keeping secrets, like look how it took for Buffy to mention anything about Angel's disappearance and he came back from hell. Meaning the beauty of Buffy's relationships with her vampires was to keep secerts and she wants to keep that way. Like what spikes_girl said up top, Spike didn't want to say anything to Buffy that is alive and hes on Angel side to fight the Black Thorn, however he made the right choice of not calling her and not have Andrew mention anything to Buffy, it would be to painful for her to understand.

I think it was one of those moments where she woul rather keep to herself, make it more special.
