can someone please tell me how to make iconos from screencaps???

tu have to use some kind of image editing program to resize the screencaps, so they are small enough to use in icons(100x100).

Its pretty simple!
All tu need is a some sort of program like Paint comprar Pro o Photoshop, and make the icono size about 100X100, (Thats what size most iconos are) and copy and paste whatever image tu want into that one! Hope I helped!

i use adobe photoshop cs4...
