Beauty and the Beast have always been my favorito! animated movie and it really had a big influence on me as a kid since it was one of the cine my parents bought for me when i was a baby.
I think that the reasons i liked it so much is because i was very simple in my view of good and evil, i mean that Belle was a good character and Gaston was a evil character, but the Beast was a character that didn´t fit into my view of good and evil, it was that mystery that sparked my intrest.
