Axel's real name is Lea (right xigbaraxel). It's impossible. I understand there were a few Final Fantasy characters in Kingdom Hearts at times but both of these were made by the same company Square Enix so they might have used the same idea twice. Sorry, hard to explain.

By now, everybody knows Axels somebody is Lea. Even before that though, I always wondered why people said Axel and Reno are alike. I looked into Final Fantasy, because I wanted to know and personally...Axels nothing like Reno. Got it memorized? no one can be Axel;3

Oh I forget where they said this...But it was confirmed that Axel was not Reno's Nobody. They just wanted to throw a character into a different situation. Hence why Axel and Reno are similar, yet different.

I see it but he's not but i do see the resemblence. The wittiness, the flaming red hair. They remind me of each other though. It's fun to imagine and It's kind of obvious that Tetsuya Nomura did model Axel after him though.
