I think I would like a little bit of sneaking around at first, then some rumors. Then them not caring who knows. After that, he can announce that she is the love of his life. And also that he has every intention of marrying this girl.

I would like it if people started seeing things, and slowly get used to the idea. (Like the kiss at the end of Season 3.) I wouldn't like them to be too "in your face" to start. Personally, the way it was in that last episode, I think they set it up to be that way in Season 4, but I think there are going to be more problems coming up, such as from this uncle who is going to be showing up next season. Too many people know now for there to be too much "sneaking," but I think Arthur will want to be respectful of his father.

Personally, I want a development of Gwen's character beyond being Arthur's other half. I want a richer back story for the character and while, they develop their own raison d'etre as a couple, give her some trials, real ones, not just emotional angst so we can see her character beyond the meek depiction, so far allotted to her. CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT in short. The females on the show have the short end of the stick other than Morgause. This to me would be far more interesting and cement the rationale to the relationship.
