tu are walking por yourself to the Prancing poni, pony when someone bumps into you. tu twisted your ankle and fell, the fall was much harder than tu thought it would be. A strong hand assists you. tu take it and look into the eyes of the stranger. "Do tu need help walking?" he asks. "Yes. Would tu mind helping me?" He puts an arm around your waist and takes tu to the inn.
When tu get there he rests tu in a chair and elevates your leg. "Is it broken?" tu ask, a little nervous that a stranger is helping you. "No, but maybe sprained." He puts some cloth on your ankle and tightens it for support. "Do tu want to lie down?" he asks. "Yes. I think that that would help."
He carries to a room and lies tu down. He starts to leave, and tu tell him thanks you. He smiles at tu and continues his way downstairs.
tu woke up after a night of heavy sleeping. tu try to move, but your ankle is so stiff that tu can't. tu think about the stranger that helped tu last night and wonder if he is still here. As if to answer your thoughts, he enters in your room. "How did tu sleep?" he asks. "Very well." tu tell him, streching. "Good, maybe I can get tu to your inicial sooner than expected." "I dicho I slept well, not that I can mover my leg." He takes no offense to your rudeness, but forgives tu and brings tu breakfast.
tu eat slowly and when tu are done tu say, "I'm sorry for what I said. It's just... I don't know you, and I'm a little nervous about you. Who are you?" "I am called Strider. And who are you?" "I am _."
After that tu just stare into thin air unaware that he is staring at you. "Well," he says suddenly, "I will be downstairs. If tu need me, just yell. I'm bound to hear you." tu both laugh and are once again left alone.
About a week went por and Strider came to visit tu ever día (to bring up your meals, see how tu were doing, he might be a Ranger, but he's very kind). One day, he tells tu that he's going to take tu to Rivendell if tu can sit on a horse. tu tell him that tu can sit up on the edge of your bed, but that's as far as you've got. He tells tu that tu should be alright, and that you'll set out tomorrow morning. You're kinda excited to see Elves for the first time and to know that this good-looking man called Strider will be escorting you.
The siguiente morning tu wake up and are excited for the days that are to come. tu attempt to walk and realize that tu can't because of your limp leg. Fortunately, he arives in time to help. "Here," he says as he carrys tu down the stairs and to the stable. "Comfortable?" he asks. "As comfortable as I can be on a horse with a bad ankle." tu share one más laugh before setting out for Rivendell.
"Five days," tu thought, "five days since we set out on this journey. I'm tired and sore. Why did I leave inicial in the first place?"
"Good morning, Cheerful _," Strider joked. It took tu both a while to get used to each other's sense of humor, even though it was quite similar. He gave tu some comida that you've never seen before (though it was delicious) and got ready to face another long día traveling.
"This should be our last día of traveling before we reach Rivendell," he tells you.
"That's a relief," tu say.
"Why is that?" he asks.
"I'm getting tired of riding," tu tell him. "But on the other hand, I like riding with you."
tu both smile and continue on your way.
tu finally arrive at Rivendell and tu are both más than relieved. tu are introduced to Elrond and he finds a place for tu to rest. After a while, Strider comes to visit tu and tu both talk about your past, your family, your life long ago... basically everything that tu were never able to talk about before. When tu first met him, he seemed cold, and quite heartless, but tu realize that tu were wrong, and see that he has quite a big heart, and is very understanding.
"_" he tells tu one day. "It seems that we haven't known each other for a long time, but I think that... I amor you."
tu try to hide your shock but decide not to. tu hug your amor and tell him that you've always loved him, even though it seems like you'll never see each other again.
