I find L's unique appearance to be not only odd but also adorable. You won't see another character that looks like him (BB does not count. BB purposely used makeup to take on the appearance of L. Near doesn't look all that much like him, either.) L is just such a cutie. :3

This was unbelievably hard. Kaname looked better in the manga, same with Itachi and I'm only going by anime style.
I actually never found any DRRR!! characters to be "hot". However, the Bleach characters on the list I do find attractive except Renji, and since Ulqui isn't on the list Lighto-kun would be my choice..
