What's this anime?

Ever had a misceláneo picture from an anime/ova that tu watched a long time ago, and now seeing it makes tu want to travel down nostalgia lane............... but can't for the life of tu remember it's name?

Soooooo.......... can anyone help me scratch my itch?

It's a fluffy romance ova, similar to nagareboshi lens (watched them at the same time, also had pictures.... however i was lucky enough that 'lens' had it's name on it)

I feel like it had something to do with cachorritos and chocolate.
