it is best if tu watch in order from season 1 main story to side story season 1&2 and then watch the main story season 2

Saki, to watch chronogically is watch Saki first, then Saki Achiga hen episode of side A, and episode of side A specials, and then finally watch Saki Zenkoku-hen.
