Watching...actually lectura Maid~sama would be a good way to be happy if tu like rom-coms.
Though, I cherish Naruto/Naruto Shippuden for making happy...

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. There's lots of nice colores and scenes, the characters are interesting, and the música is awesome. A few other good ones would be Lovely Complex, Acchi Kocchi, Inu X Boku, and School Rumble.
