This from the anime called Wolf's Rain and honestly this scene and death is so hard to explain to someone that hasn't seen it. (I don't want to give too much away) The guy despised lobos and hunted them and the lobos didn't care for him either. However, these two were killed por the same guy, in fact the lobo tried to protect him. They spend their last moments together just giving comfort to each other. So they died not really friends but not enemies either. RIP sweet Toboe

I highly recommend watching this anime. Even though I have seen a lot of great anime over the years, this one is still my all time 2nd favorito! ever. It is so deep, so confusing, so sad, but so beautiful.
