What is hetalia exactly?

hetalia is basically a anime history parody. Where all of the countries are personified. So every country, well not every single one there's only about 50 characters so far, is played as a person. So for example, America is a character, Italy is a character, China is a character, ect. And each one of these characters personality is based off of the stereotypes of the country. But they're mostly based off of the stereotypes from the Japanese perspective so some might be confusing at first. XD So for instance, America loves fast food, France is a huge romantic, Germany is really strict, ect. And all of these personified nations act out scenes of history together in a comical way. It's mostly based around World War II but hetalia also covers other historical events like the American Revolutionary War, the War of Austrian Succession, The Italian Wars, ect. And it's just really silly, funny, and lighthearted. I highly recommend it~ And if tu do end up watching it I hope tu enjoy it! ^ ^ Though it might be kind of confusing at first XD
