If por clean tu mean not cursing then Fairy Tail is pretty clean. They only say things like hell and damn in the English dub

Hmmm... there's Shugo Chara, the only problem with that was is that there's a little bit of inappropriate flirting, and then there's Lucky Star, which only has a few swears but it's very cute, Azumanga Daioh is another good one that's very cute, but has a perverted teacher.
