Enma Ai from Jigoku Shoujo somewhat changed the concept of revenge for many people.

(The other two that came to mind when I first read this pregunta were Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica and Lelouch Vi Britannia from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion but I thought those two were a bit obvious so I went with Ai-chan. Recognition goes to those two amazing lead characters as well. :))
