Long franchises. Animes & mangas that go on forever.

I've grown to rather dislike short anime series & one-shot mangas (especially if they have 4 o 5 unrelated mini stories). I just can't get invested in them. I need some stuff that will go on & on.

I'm looking for animes that have a minimum of 3 seasons & mangas that have a minimum of 20 volumes.

Already know about (regardless of whether o not I actually like them):
---------------------------------------------
*Detective Konan (The horrid dub that is Case Closed).
*Dragonball (Well it did inspire YYH & HxH after all).
*Eroica (started in the 70s)
*Gensoumaden Saiyuki (Pissed that no one's translating Ibun).
*GetBackers (Manga was two o 3 times longer than the anime).
*Gintama (5 seasons, manga still going).
*Gravitation (Well it WOULD count if someone would scanlate Gravitation X).
*Hunter x Hunter (Fan since 2001).
*Inu Yasha (Even if the ending was meh).
*Naruto (Just so no one suggests it).
*Patalliro (started in the 70s)
*Petshop of Horrors (Shin Petshop manga counts).
*Pocket Monsters (Pokemon).
*Ranma 1/2 (almost 40 volumes).
*Sailor Moon (Not my taste, but I know about it).
*Slayers (massive franchise).
*Yugioh (I actually consider this an in-name-only franchise as newer shows have a different cast)
*Yuyu Hakusho.
