fullmetal alchemist is a good show

try durarara o xxxholic ! great animes! they are both supernatural with a slice of life and they haven't any disturbed scenes like elfen lied!

i guess tu don't want some blood spilling, horrific o melancholy animes but tu should try those too. these types of animes are short and the más enchanting! i don't suggest tu watch higurashi (though its awesome) but try hell girl o mirai nikki! since tu watched death note i don't think tu 'd have problem watching these.

i strongly recommend Code Geass, its my favorito! anime! ;)
also check out vampire knight, school rumble,k-on, rosario+vampire, mirai nikki these are the first lot that come to mind but if tu need más just let me know ;)
