Yes! Everytime I'm drawing Hatsune Miku in my math class, this one guy (who annoys me to death) always comes up behind me and says "Why are tu drwaing that Chinese person?" And then he says things that sound Chinese (but fails epicly). It gets me so angry! And yes, it happens with manga too. And he does the SAME thing. "Why are tu always lectura that Chinese stuff?"
GOSH. LEARN THE DIFFERENCE ALREADY.

I mostly get that from my family, espessially my sister. I find it annoying everytime hola ask me, so I just live by: Suki na Mono wa Suki Dakara Shōganai ("I like what I like, so it can't be helped", o "I like what I like, so there!")

i get a little mad like this one día during lunch. me and my friend Heather were lectura Soul eater. One of the mean girls came up to us and dicho " Why are u guys lectura that Pokemon crap?" I flipped her off when a teacher walked por but i didn't get in trouble!

Well That has happened to me once in school (I read manga a lot in school),I don't get mad,if I did,it would be a waste of energy for me..I did tell them it's called manga and it originated from japón not China,and that there's a big difference between the two..In a way felt like I was the teacher and I was teaching them about something.

Once I brought my Code Geass manga to school, me and some other guys were talking about it and different Shounen series during free period. It was peaceful & quiet before some girl came up to us and dicho "Shut the hell up with your Chinese Karate-Kung fu crap!".
Another time I brought my Black Butler manga, I was lectura it in lunch. Some chick took the 'Black' part the wrong way and dicho " Why are tu lectura those racist Chinese books? They suck and what's with the title? 'Black Butler' the hell is that crap?!"

It's really annoying because I can never read my manga in peace without anyone saying crap about it. For anime no one has dicho anything about it, it's only with manga that they start talking bullshit about it.

Yes! And I get it all the time. From everyone I know, people at school, my parents, my sister, and even a teacher once! Normally I don't respond, but if they keep bugging me, I either try to explain it to them (if I think they have the mental capacity to) o I perra them out (if they don't).

me and my friend maddie read manga online all the time in our school biblioteca and no one ever flipped us off before. but if they did, I'd say "just get out of our faces..."

Ok, I try to make them understand what I read and watch, that is not Chinese and that many of them are 13+,15+ o 18+...But, again they don't.....
