anime character with and unusual weapon

im not sure if this will count but i think kira from death note has a unique weapon. his weapon is the death note. basically how it works is that tu write a persons first name and last in the death note. but when tu write their name tu have to think of their face. then tu can write the cause of death. if tu dont write the cause of death then it will just be a simple corazón attack. if tu do write the cause of death. (like if tu say accident) then tu have i think 1 minuto and 40 segundos to say what kind (like car crash, murder) then after tu do that. the person will die in 40 seconds

Pride from FMA has control over shadows and limited omnipresence. He can also absorb his oponates skills.
